Welcome to the pages of Bujinkan Shinden Dojo Kuopio. We are located in the heart of eastern Finland and practise Budo teached by Sôke Masaaki Hatsumi. Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu is an art that has been inherited throught generations from times of Japan to the present day. It consist from 9 arts or schools of Japanese living tradition and is one of the last art that teaches bujutsu - art of warfare. Read more about bujinkan on wikipedia.

Bujinkan Shinden Dojo Kuopio was founded in 2003 by Jani Vihervuori and Shidôshi Seppo Smed, and has since been lead by Shihan Lauri Jokinen.

We are part of Bujinkan Shinden Dojo Finland which is based in Helsinki and has branches all around Finland.
